How we work

A project takes four weeks. First we learn how your hotel works, then we build the system, test it with you and train your staff.

Week one

A few video calls with your team to understand how you work.

We talk with the housekeeping supervisor, the front desk and maintenance. You show us how you organise things today, and we take note of how your staff call things.

Week two

We build the system around your rooms and departments.

We set up your floors, room numbers and departments, so by the end of the week the system already looks like your hotel.

Week three

You try it for a week and we fix whatever doesn't work.

You use it alongside your current way of working. Anything that doesn't feel right, we change during the same week.

Week four

We train your staff and the system goes live.

Everyone gets their account, we spend a morning on training, and you can stop using the paper plan.
